Installing Adaptalock - Tips and Techniques :
Upon viewing the installations shared by our customers , we ’ ve noticed a useful alternative to the standard installation method included in our instructions .
Two methods of installation :
1 . Pre-assembled installation : This approach involves building the Adaptalock system before fitting it to the door . It ’ s ideal for modern doors with both vertical and horizontal hinge adjustments . This method simplifies alignment and ensures a smooth installation .
2 . In-situ installation ( standard ):
For older doors with static hinges or conservatory doors that have settled over time and are misaligned , we recommend assembling the system directly into the door . This method allows for fine-tuning and ensures optimal performance , even in challenging install scenarios .
