I myself attended several courses of leadership development and management skills and techniques. Usually I found that most of these courses are merely toolkits and address limited part of the whole array of leadership and management with detachment from personal and family life. This kind of feeling had been with me until I had an unplanned opportunity to attend Dr. Covey’ s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People course. His course has changed my feeling about leadership and management and is very useful to my work-live balance. Thanks for the change.
Actually, I had heard about Dr. Covey for a long time( before I attended the course), but did not seem to pay attention until I joined
the course. Although I did not know him personally, I can learn from his work that he is a great person. His demise is a loss, not only to his family and friends,
but also to the mankind.
