a future issue). These agreements will allow the exchange of
students, professors and ideas as King’s aims to prepare the
leaders of tomorrow. There’s much more to come, including
new programs, courses, speakers and events in five streams:
Global Learning Experience, Entrepreneurship and Family
Business, Leadership Forums, Corporate Leader Mentorship,
and Professional & Distance Education.
The new school is built on the solid foundation of King’s
decade-old Commerce degree that has already launched
many successful careers in various aspects of both forprofit and non-profit enterprises around the world. As 2012
Commerce grad Ben Battjes put it, “King’s has prepared me
for the future, reinforcing the core values of my Christian faith
and helping me develop critical thinking skills for business
and everyday life.” His time at King’s helped him launch a
career in commercial real estate, and he’s now a
development manager.

“Students who come to King’s are not prepared to play
