look down on us for it. On the contrary,
with open arms He smiles and says, “My
child has come home”.
BEAUTIFUL/ONE OF A KIND
Have you ever realised that there is no
one else on earth like you? Even if they
look similar to you, they will never have
the same personality as you. You are not a
copy of anyone else; you are simply YOU!
God has designed it that way so that you
have your own identify. The Creator of
heaven and earth designed you from
scratch and took the time to put every
little detail that makes you who you are in
place. As a result, you should love the
things about you that people may not
understand. The things that may be
considered to be weird to others are those
that defines who you are. They make you
stand out among your peers. Just because
they may not understand does not mean
that it is bad. God understands everything
about you because He created you. If He
didn’t see it as beautiful, he would not
have placed it in you. Don’t allow anyone
to make you feel inferior because of any
difference you may have. Love the
creation that God has made you. After all,
if the Master of all beauty loves you so
much, how can you not love yourself ?
LIGHT OF THE WORLD
Have you ever pondered the importance
of light in our everyday lives? Without
light, we cannot see. If we should mostly
live in darkness, all of our daily
operations would be impossible to

accomplish. The same is true for us and
the rest of the world. Our light that we
carry through our behaviour and actions
towards others represents Jesus Christ.
Our mission is to ensure that we follow
the example of light that Jesus has given
to us, in order to reach those in darkness.
This does not only include telling others
about Jesus but showing them by our
compassion and way of living that Jesus
was, is and will always be the best
example that we can follow.
FEARLESS (2 Timothy 1:7)
Fear for the child of God, is not a
characteristic that we hold to. “For God
has not given us a spirit of fear, but of
power and of love and of a sound mind.”
What reason do we really have to fear
when such a big, marvelous God is on our
side? We are children of God and as a
result, not only do we have authority over
our circumstances, but we are overcomers
and MORE than conquerors in anything
that comes our way. Fear, therefore is not
a part of our nature, simply because it is
not a trait of God. The Word of God acts
as a spiritual mirror for us. It shows us
everything that we are and all that we
should aspire and aim to be. The
beautiful thing about having a spiritual
mirror is that we see how highly God
thinks of us and how much He sees us as
worth loving and caring for. With this in
mind, let us choose to accept only what
God says about us as opposed to what
others say or even what we say about
ourselves.
