FOCUSING ON SPIRITUALITY
Although most times associated with one another, spirituality and religion are two different things. Religion would be who and what you believe in, but spirituality would be praying, meditating, reading your holy book, ancestral dances; whatever you want it to be. The point is, the interaction with a higher being, or a bigger perception. Even if you don't believe in worshipping a being, try a bigger perception, because we can't do it all our own. You need to have somebody , or something to turn to, that's more reliable than any human. But you can't maintain a relationship without feeding it. You can act on a spiritual relationship in many ways.

Once you learn to focus on the spirituality aspect of religion, instead of the religion aspect of spirituality, you'll be well on your way to spiritual health.
