HEALTHY EATING

We all know that not even the best of us can maintain a diet, and exercise becomes a chore. To be healthy, what you need is self awareness. You need to know what your body needs, and sometimes it needs what it wants. Studies show that, especially in women, if you are craving cheese, all you may need is calcium. If you are craving a hamburger, all you may need is protein. When people hear this, they go thinking that they can eat whatever they want. This is most definitely not the case.

Its all about moderation, which is the act of doing or having something to satisfy and nourish senses, but not to the point of it becoming unhealthy; physically or mentally. In using moderation while eating, servings are very important. When people start counting calories and carbs, is when they start undereating and becoming lightheaded and sick. This is where self awareness comes in, because you can’t eat the correct amount, if you don’t know your body well enough.
