Mentor ’ s Message
As we navigate the second “ Year of the Pandemic ” we are all quite obviously older but hopefully also wiser , kinder and smarter . Nuanced new words have been added to our daily lexicon and there are several ‘ wonderful ’ takeaways from the year gone by and this is not a mere euphemism . Resilience , Research , Innovation , Acceptance , Adaptability and Empathy have permeated the core of our ethos and I think that ’ s what we celebrate at GPS . Pupils and Teachers alike have savoured and celebrated the joys of learning , shaking off the shackles and limitations imposed by virtual classes . The commitment and engagement has been real and meaningful . Every pupil and teacher responded to the need of the times with alacrity , energy and enthusiasm . What could be more wonderful than that ? This is reflected not only through the myriad achievements of our pupils who have stepped up whether it be within the ambit of their scholastic or co-scholastic goals or through others who have discovered passions that have brought joy and solace to their peers and our community . “ The Journey ” celebrates and cherishes each one of these champions .
