THE CLASS OF MVP ' 23
Graduation season was a celebration Vancouver-wide — from the Alumnae Association ’ s Mother-Daughter Tea at Hycroft Manor to Grad BBQ in the Nancy Chan Courtyard to the Graduation Ceremony in Manrell Hall ( live-streamed for friends and family worldwide ) to the Graduation Dinner and Dance at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver , to name just a few events !
Head Girl Crystal Peng led the MVP ʼ23 graduating class . Included here are some highlights from Crystal ’ s valedictory address . Crystal ’ s speech cherished the memories but reminded the Class of MVP ’ 23 to keep looking ahead . She gave advice for a lifetime , not just for after school , on how to accept change and appreciate the growth that comes with it .
“ As we go on to leave this place , I want you all to remember that the end is just the beginning , a door to open , a gift to be unwrapped . So be good , do good and change for good .”
