Meaningful Connections

The 2022 – 2023 school year was another full year , with many events and opportunities that built meaningful connections while sharing and honouring the history and traditions of Crofton House School .
First and foremost , I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported the
School ’ s fundraising initiatives . Regardless of whether we are rebuilding our campus , growing the financial assistance program , or organizing a signature event , the Crofton House community is consistently there to support our School . I would also like to extend a special thank you to three groups .
The Celebration 125 Committee is a group of dedicated current and past parents and alumnae who are working together to organize a special celebration event on November 24 , 2023 , at the Parq Hotel . The committee members bring different experiences and talents , which will be instrumental in planning an event that honours the traditions and celebrates the progress of Crofton House .
My second special thank you goes to the CHS alumnae . This year gave me the opportunity to work closely with alumnae . I was fortunate to reconnect with many former CHS students as they came to campus for the 125thbirthday event , organized reunions and toured the transformed , and at times unfamiliar , campus . It was so impactful to learn about amazing stories of friendships that survived distance and time . Thank you to all CHS alumnae for sharing your experiences and for reconnecting with the School and the students .
My final special thank you goes to the members of the Advancement Task Force , a group of dedicated parents and alumnae who worked together to start to create a plan that will secure the School ’ s future while offering diverse and enriched experiences to all members of the CHS community .
