SENIOR SCHOOL AT A GLANCE
• Six out of seven CHS varsity sports qualified for the BC Provincial Championships .
• The Varsity field hockey team won the Bridgman Cup . CHS hosted the Independent Schools Athletic Association ( ISAA ) field hockey championships , finishing the tournament with a bronze medal .
• The varsity volleyball team won the Spectrum Tournament in Victoria and won bronze at the Western Canadian Independent Schools Volleyball Championships .
• The bantam volleyball team won gold at the ISA Championships , while the Junior Volleyball team won gold at the Handsworth Tournament and silver in the BC School Sports Provincial Championships .
• The bantam basketball team were this year ’ s Bear Cub Tournament champions in Chilliwack and also won gold in the league and ISA championships .
• The junior basketball team earned silver at the ISA championships .
• The Varsity basketball team earned a bronze medal in the ISA championships .
• Senior School students experienced the first-ever in-house Crofton Falcon Badminton Intramural Challenge , with a great turnout of 72 players .
• Senior and junior badminton teams competed at St . John ’ s School and came home with a victory ; they then won gold at the ISAA championships in Victoria .
• The senior badminton team defended their ISA title and secured the gold medal .
• The varsity badminton team won silver at the 2023 zone championships .
• Senior II Soccer won silver at the ISA championships .
• Varsity soccer won silver at the zone championships .
• Varsity tennis hosted the ISAAs at the UBC Tennis Centre and took home the silver medal . They were also 2023 zone champions and earned a bronze medal at BC Provincials .
• The Track & Field team competed at Provincials and won team gold .
• The Rowing team earned bronze in their quad race at the national championships .
