1.- Clean your face twice in a daily basis, rinse your face with warm water and then apply a mild soap and gently massage your skin, do not scrub it will irritate your skin, rinse the soap and then apply a lotion containing benzoyl peroxide this will decrease the oil and bacteria.
2.- If your skin has pimples do not pop them, this can cause scarring in the face or get the bacteria deeper into the skin irritating it.
3.- Do not touch your face with your fingers to frequently this may add bacteria and oil into your face.
3.- Remove your makeup from your skin before you go to sleep, and if you wear glasses try to clean them often since they might clog amounts of oils near your face.
1.- Use only skin products that don’t have fragrance and that they are hypoallergenic.
2.- Clean and moisturize with gentle skin products every day.
3.- Look for skin products with the following ingredients: chamomile, azulene, bisabolol, allantoin, lavender, camphor, calamine, rosemary, thyme, aloe vera, coconut oil etc.
