CONCLUSION
In conclusion, there are several ways to keep our skin and
Muscular-Skeletal system healthy. For our skin, we need to
watch out for the sun and take care of acne, which in
adolescence it is the time where it most shows and if we
don’t take care of it, it may mark us for the rest of our lives.
For our Muscular-Skeletal System we need have a
balanced diet and do daily exercise with a minimum of 30
minutes. We need to eat fruits, vegetables, proteins and
whole wheat. Eating these things it will help adolescents to
develop, but the most important thing to consume are
proteins. If you follow these tips, you’ll be able to have a
healthy stage of life (adolescence) and be an example for
other people.
