avid Zastrow (Dave) was the
founding Preisdent of Pi Sigama Epsilon-Zeta Rho in 2011. Since recieving a job offer on December 31, 2011 Dave has been working as a District Manager for ALDI Stores. For those of you that are unfamiliar with Aldi's management training program you begin the program working in a stores warehouse and within a six month time period you transition into various roles so that you can experience all aspects of the company before you become a District Manager.

During my conversation with Dave I asled many sterotypical questions such as how did you benefit from PSE, how did Bryant help you succeed, what reccomendations do you have for current students etc. From all of these questions and many more Dave radiated confidence that both Bryant and PSE prepare you for the "real world" as long as you take advantage of everything that they offer. Another piece of advice that I thought was helpful for students is to make your mistakes. We are at Bryant- this is the time for us to make our mistakes and learn from them so that when we enter the professional field we know what works and what doesn't. It is much easier to make mistakes and takes risks at Bryant than it is in a professional setting where the consequences could be much more severe. Make mistakes, learn from them and excel- that is the key to success.
