Message from the President & CEO

Dear shareholders,
I hope this message finds you enjoying a nice Fall season with your loved ones. It is my pleasure to share another edition of The Hunter with you, a reflection of how our collective effort and community continue to build a stronger NANA.
This edition highlights several key updates. Our team looks forward to hosting
NANA President and CEO John Aġnauqługaq Lincoln( left) and NANA Board Chair Lee“ Big Boy” Atmaġuq Staheli( right).
informal shareholder meetings across our region and in select urban locations. These gatherings provide a relaxed setting where the NANA team and shareholders can meet face-to-face, exchange ideas, and reconnect with friends. I encourage you to attend and particpate in these important conversations. Details on locations and dates can be found on page three.
Your board of directors has also been dedicated to advancing priorities that serve our shareholders and communities. Their meetings ensure we stay focused on making thoughtful decisions that support you now and into the future. On page two, you will find updates on the board’ s recent decisions and progress, so you can stay informed about the work being done on your behalf.
Our team is honored to celebrate the achievements of our shareholder graduates from pre-school to college on page 8 and 9. Their success is a testament to hard work and support of families and communities. In addition, our college internship program recently wrapped up another busy and impactful summer, providing young shareholders with valuable experience and preparing them for meaningful careers ahead.
NANA’ s financial and economic health remains strong. This strength is the result of careful stewardship, consistent effort, and the trust you place in the
leadership at our corporation. Our focus continues to be using these resources wisely to create opportunities and build a sustainable future for our shareholders.
Finally, I want to encourage you to explore NANA Works, an incredible tool designed to connect you with career and training opportunities tailored to your goals. By completing your online profile at www. nanaworks. org, you open doors to professional growth and skills development that can benefit you and your family for years to come. Learn more about how to get connected on page 11.
Thank you for your continued support and engagement. Together, we are creating lasting benefits for shareholders now and the generations that follow.
Sincerely,
John Aġnauqługaq Lincoln
