High School Internship Program

Our high school internship program offers students the chance to work closely with shareholder relations coordinators throughout our region . This handson experience enables them to learn crucial career proficiencies . Benefits and Impact

The benefits of our summer internship program extend far beyond the interns themselves . For NANA , this program is an investment in our future . By cultivating a pipeline of skilled and motivated future leaders , we are
ensuring the longevity and success of our corporation . These internships help us identify and nurture talent within our shareholder base , fostering a sense of loyalty and commitment to NANA ’ s mission and values .
For the interns , the impact is profound . They return to their studies with enhanced skills , greater confidence , and a clearer vision for their career paths . The networking and mentorship opportunities during their internships
also open doors to future employment and professional growth .
“ The most surprising aspect of this internship is that there are so many departments that I have seen and so many people to work with throughout NANA ,” said Communications Intern Daisy-Mae Wesley . The advice I have for the other shareholders who seek internships is to take the chance while you can , take advantage of the opportunities that are right in front
of you . Also , no matter how bad your anxiety gets , take the risk of learning new things .”
As we look forward to the coming years , we remain committed to expanding and enriching our internship programs , working toward the goal that every young shareholder has the opportunity to achieve their full potential .
