NANA | Annual Meeting recap

Chairman ’ s report

Quyana for your participation , questions , suggestions and feedback throughout the year . Having shareholders participate in our corporation is a large part of NANA ’ s success . We value input from our shareholders , which is why it is important that we hear from you to ensure that we are representing the true voice of our shareholders .

Your 23-member board of directors met seven times last year , holding more than 35 committee meetings and passing 54 resolutions in support of programs and initiatives to improve the quality of life for our people .
In 2023 , we focused on three strategic areas in service of that mission :
• Ensure the long-term value of our corporation so shareholders today and tomorrow can benefit from that value .
• Setting aggressive goals related to shareholder employment in the short- and long-term .
• Improving regional impact by reducing the cost of living , protecting subsistence and increasing opportunities for our shareholders .

INCOME

“ We ended the fiscal year with a gross revenue of $ 2.5 billion dollars – a record for NANA and another step on the way to achieving our long-term vision .”
In order to deliver value to you , we have to be financially strong , and I ’ m pleased to say that our financial performance last year was very good .
Our financial success allowed the NRC Shareholder Trust to disburse $ 45.1 million dollars in shareholder distributions during the NRC Shareholder Trust ’ s calendar year .
Our distributions over the past three years have more than doubled their average since 2021 . We are making good progress .
With our success last year , we were in a financial position to propose an additional strategy to you to ensure financial distributions for our people long into the future .
