HOW TO VOTE YOUR PROXY, CONTINUED FROM PREVIOUS PAGE
ONLINE PROX Y INS TRU C TIONS
You have the option to vote your Proxy
online as an alternative to the paper Proxy.
If you submitted a paper Proxy, you may
also use the online system to view or
change your vote. This is because after the
Ballot Tabulator receives a paper Proxy,
your paper Proxy votes are entered into
the online system. If you log into the online
Proxy system, you will be able to see your
paper Proxy votes online.
The online Proxy is set up in a manner
where, if you wish, you can change your
instructions on how to vote your shares as
often as you wish.
If you choose to file your Proxy online, you
are still eligible for the Proxy prizes.
Things you will need in order to submit your online Proxy:
• A computer with Internet access
• The printed Proxy you received in the mail
• Your Shareholder ID and PIN, which is located at the bottom of your printed
Proxy.
• Web address: www.nanavote.net

• Enter your Shareholder ID and PIN
• Remember your Shareholder ID and
PIN are located at the bottom of the
paper Proxy you received in the mail.
• Once you have entered your
Shareholder ID and PIN, click the
button to log into the site.

Proxy or completed the online Proxy, you
will see a screen with your current Proxy
votes.

• You may keep your current choices by
clicking Retain
• You may revoke your existing Proxy
and make different selections by
clicking Revoke

Proposal 1 – Election of Directors
• (Option A) If you are voting for one or more candidates,
you may type the number of votes you want each
candidate to receive
• (Option B) Or, you may check the candidates you would
like to vote for and click Distribute Votes. Under option
B, the votes will be evenly divided among the candidates
you have selected.
• (Option C) Or, you may choose to Vote for All
Candidates. Under option C, your votes will be evenly
divided among all candidates. In practical terms, this
means that your votes will not affect the results of the
election.
• Click Next at the bottom right
of the page to continue.
