BACK TO SCHOOL Confidence, (pictured here ) is a bright young girl from Delta State, Nigeria. She lives with her mother who is  single and struggling to make ends meet. She was about to drop out of school due to lack of funds. With our help, she completed         secondary school and is now in post secondary education. Then, there is the heart-breaking story of a young girl called Praise. She is from    Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. Her education came to a sudden halt following the death of her mother, the major bread winner in the family. Gift is happily in school with our help, and recently won our essay competition titled: Importance of Sending a Girl to School. However, the most poignant of our stories is that of three children from Burundi. They were       suspended from school for not paying school fees. We contacted the School Headmaster in    Bujumbura, and sought to know what the      situation was, and how we could be of help. It turned out that both parents are HIV positive and their father died as a result. Their mother, in a very poor state of health was unable to fend for them and pay their school fees. Thankfully, we were able to help, and pay for school meals as well. We are pleased that the children are back in school
