The Holistic Guy Tim Marshall , owner and operator The Holistic Guy has only missed two market Saturdays in the last four years . As a weekly vendor , Marshall , Monique and their son Phaelan are ready to serve their all natural products rain or shine .
This local micro-conglomerate makes dehydrated and fermented foods and beverages , including apple chips , fruit rolls and sauerkrauts . THG also offers two hot prepared dishes each Saturday - their Digestive Kichadi and Gluten Free Cereal are excellent choices for breakfast on market morning !
Also on offer is a cold potato salad made from scratch , and Ice Cold Kombucha ! TM in three flavours . All of THG ’ s products are vegan and gluten-free . So why does THG himself love the DWFM ? “ It ’ s a great opportunity to come face to face with the people who enjoy the foods we make . We can get the constructive criticism and suggestions that help us advance our efforts ,” said Marshall . “ Two of the products we make come from repeated customer requests .”
