What’s next for them? Ben Lopez From a basketball jersey to a lab coat, Ben Lopez is on his way to become a doctor. His recent acceptance into the University of Arizona is the first boxed checked off to get to his goals. He will never forget the memories he made, the friends that turned to family, and his team. One of the biggest takeaways he learned was to give everything his all and work hard for the things you want. Being lazy and not trying wont get you anywhere. Ben’s favorite this year was spending time with his friends because they are all seperating. From watching Ceasar DJ at Homecoming, to seeing Malia and Hayden going viral, his high school moments have been a lot of laughs, that he’s sad to see end. Highschool has made Ben more outgoing, social, and confident in himself. Mason Murray Red Wolf to Aztech to Wildcat, Mason Murray is transferring to Pima Community College for one year than going to University of Arizona, all while continuing to play football. High school not only opened up his love for football, but his love for education, writing, and journalism, which is what he will be studying in college. High School has changed himself as a person through his self confidence. Mason recalls that didn’t even know how to approach people. It’s helped him. He hopes to one day, possibly become a journalist or something in writing and English, The person who has influenced him the most is Mr. Gildea for teaching him to approach people how you would in your writing. The lessons he’s learned from him and other high school peers will be unforgettable, as he makes his way into his new life.
