Strawberry Pie Crust 1 cup sugar 1½ cups flour 3 tbsp corn starch ½ cup oil 2 tbsp lite Karo syrup salt Small box strawberry jello 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp milk Blend with fork, press into pie pan, bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Filling 1 cup water Combine first 4 ingredients in sauce pan on low-med heat. When thick & clear, remove from heat and add 2-3 tbsp jello. Put 1 qt. strawberries in pie shell, pour sauce over the berries, let cool Top with whipped topping. Ribbons will be awarded for youth 18 and under for first, second, third, and participation. Serving Noble & LaGrange Counties Open summer track meets will be held at Westview this summer on June 12 and 19. Westview features a nine lane track and all new field event venues. Field events include pole vault, high jump, long jump, shot put, and discus. Pole vaulters are required to bring their own pole. Running events will include, 1600m run, 100m dash, 50m dash (ages 6 & under), 4x100 relay, 800m run, 400m dash, 200m dash, 3200m run, and 4x400m relay. There will be a $3 entry fee, cash only with unlimited event participa- Quilted Excellence.................. 14-19 month beginning June 5.
