Community projects are a goal of Art Society members in an effort to spread artistic awareness to the community. A Picasso inspired design by Junior member, Julie Hostetler was selected for the finished mural. Her design represents the hard work and playful spirit of the riders at Fox Run with it’s bold shapes and colors. Owners of Fox Run Stables, Dana and Jean Martin, appreciate the new mural as it adds a burst of color as riders arrive at the stables. The sponsor of the National Art Honor Society is Westview High School Art Teacher, Jesse Martin, who is a long time patron of Fox Run Stables. Fox Run Stables is located on 750 North in Scott, IN and offers riding lessons and facilities to people of all ages and abilities.
