by five points at the time, and actually,
fire under the team.

The wins have been great for the
Warriors, but the fashion in which they
have won is the real story. The theme
so far this season has been the defense
spearheaded by Nate Raber. During
their last game at Central Noble, Coach
Rob Yoder put on the full court press
that tore apart the Cougar offense. If
the Warriors continue to play like this,
a repeat of last year’s team might not
be out of the question.
Before the season, anyone connected to the team would have told you
that this squad would not be able to
achieve anywhere near the success of
last season. However, after these last
three wins, the players are really beginning to turn their mindset around.
