Ensuring that each home is properly maintained is our primary responsibility . This is why each 360 Blue homeowner is assigned a dedicated Property Manager and in-house Maintenance Tech for all property management needs . They are backed up by our in-house Maintenance staff who are on call 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise . We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees , nor do we markup charges on third-party maintenance services . Finally , you will never be charged extra when we visit your property to change light bulbs , replace air filters and install new smoke detector batteries .
