ASSISTANCE DOGS
Only guide , assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into ExCeL .
BUSINESS CENTRE
The Business Centre is located on the boulevard between S4 and N4 downstairs .
CANVASSING
Canvassing for orders – for any purpose , by any unauthorised person – is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission . The distribution or display of printed or other placards , hand bills , circulars or other articles , except by exhibitors at their stand areas , is prohibited .
CATERING
There ’ s a huge selection of bars , restaurants and eateries to choose from at ExCeL .
CLOAKROOM
There is a cloakroom for visitors on the boulevard between S4 and N4 downstairs . £ 1 per item .

COVID GUIDELINES AND RESTRICTIONS
Future is following the local and government restrictions and guidelines on the current pandemic closely . However , attendance at our event is at your own risk and Future is not liable if you believe you have contracted Covid-19 at our event . The guidance and restrictions are likely to change and therefore Future reserves the right to remove or impose additional restrictions or rules to ensure the accessibility and safety of everyone at the event .
FIRST AID CENTRE
If you require medical assistance , please visit the Organiser ’ s Office to the right of the show entrance . In the event of a medical emergency , please call 0207 069 4445 ( Venue Control ) to ensure the quickest response possible and report it to the Organiser ’ s Office .
LOST PROPERTY
Any enquiries should be directed to staff at the Organiser ’ s Office located by the show entrance .
ORGANISER ’ S OFFICE
The Organiser ’ s Office is situated at the front of hall in S9 lower which is next to show entrance .
PRESS OFFICE
The Press Office can be found in S7 Lower front of the hall .
SEMINARS AND MASTERCLASS TICKETS
Tickets are not required for the Seminars and Masterclasses . Seating is allocated on a first come , first served basis .
TOILETS
Toilets can be found at the back of the hall downstairs . These include wheelchair accessible toilets .
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
All levels of ExCeL are accessible to wheelchair users , via lifts , and have wheelchair friendly toilet facilities . Boulevard main entrances have automatic doors .
