Topics covered include everything from planning , plot finding , finance management , design , homebuilding , extensions , renovating , sustainable materials to energy efficient construction .
Consultations last 15 minutes and must be booked on the day from 10am at the Advice Centre .

Allan Corfield
Allan is an RIBA Chartered Architect and has overseen the design of over 350 low energy homes across the UK . Since 2009 Allan has grown his specialist Custom & Self Build Architecture practice , AC Architects to a team of 16 . Recently he created AC Structures , a leading engineering business , providing engineering support for all of ACA ’ s clients . He is a leading expert in modern methods of construction , is a member of the Structural Timber Association , Passive House Trust and NaCSBA . He has a monthly column in Homebuilding & Renovating Magazine and delivers expert talks at various Homebuilding Shows across the UK . Adding to the great advice provided at the Homebuilding & Renovating Shows , Allan has recently created his own seminars .
