The Cog Hill G & CC features four courses , the most famous being Dubsdread which has hosted events such as the BMW Championship , The Western Open Championship , the U . S . Amateur and more . The IJGA hosts events on Courses 1 & 3 each year . Cog Hill hosts the YDP Junior League in both the spring and the fall , as well as both single-day and multi-day events for the Playing Member Division and Youth Development Program , and for the first time ever , will host a three-day Sizzler Championship this year at Cog Hill . Courses 1 and 3 at Cog Hill feature gental rolling , wooden terrain that blends length and difficulty which requires a range of shot making abilities . The water , sand and woods will challenge the seasoned golfer , while being not overly intimidating to beginners .

The Valley Lo Club features more than just an 18-hole , par- 3 executive golf course . During the summer members enjoy a variety of outdoor activities : golf , tennis , water sports , paddle tennis and more . The course is a unique set up , playing 2,249 yards from the longest tees . The course is a par 54 . Valley Lo Club plays host to the Youth Development Program several times throughout the year . Most notably the YDP Mentor Scramble where members of the YDP Program partern up with an individual who is an alumni of the IJGA . Some noteable alumni who have played in this event include : Tee-K Kelly , Brendan O ’ Reilly , Jordan Hahn , Will Kelly , Nick Hardy , Raymond Knoll , and Brooke Kochevar . The YDP Program will head back to Valley Lo one more time in 2017 for the YDP 9 Hole Event # 17 .
CANTIGNY YOUTH LINKS

Cantigny Youth Links is a specially designed 9-hole golf course for players who are just starting out in the game . Many of the holes feature multi-level greens so it is important to know the pin location when you step up to take your shot . Cantigny Youth Links hosts several YDP events each year , but also has hosted the IJGA Golf Marathon on three ocassions . The IJGA Golf Marathon is a fundraising event held biennially and supports junior golfers who otherwise would not have a chance to participate in the IJGA , by granting them financial aid . Golf Marathon participants collect pledges per hole or flat donations . Each participant plays 100 holes on the Youth Links Course in September .
