Medinah Country Club is home to three legendary golf courses – Course 1 , Course 2 and Course 3 . Course 3 has played host to many prestigious international golf events throughout the club ’ s history , including the U . S . Open , the U . S . Senior Open , the PGA Championship and the Ryder Cup . Medinah CC is also scheduled to host the 2019 BMW Championship . Medinah CC will host the IJGA ’ s annual Medinah Country Shrine Jr Invitational . The Girls Division will play Course 1 and the Boys Division will play Course 3 .

After being off the schedule for a few years , Prairie Landing Golf Club will make an appearance on not only the IJGA schedule for the DuPage County Junior Classic in the spring , but also for the MAJGT Classic at Prairie
Landing during the summer . This prairie links style 18-hole course was designed with the player in mind . From narrow par 3 ’ s to wide open par 5 ’ s this course is a fair challenge for any golfer .
CANTIGNY GOLF

Comprised of three nine-hole courses , Cantigny ’ s 27-hole layout provides a challenging test of a golfer ’ s abilities . In 2017 Cantigny will host two Playing Member events , a Parent / Jr in May and an Illinois State Junior Amateur Qualifier in June . Cantigny Golf also features a nine-hole par-3 course which plays host to the YDP Division .
MAKRAY MEMORIAL GOLF CLUB

Makray Memorial Golf Club hosts several IJGA events every year , the most notable being the Illinois State Junior Amateur at the end of June . This championship caliber course located in Barrington , Illinois , features its fair share of water hazards and strategically placed bunkers . The par 71 course can play over 7,000 yards from the tips , but does boast four sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels .

The IJGA Playing Member Player of the Year Championship will again be hosted at the Highlands of Elgin , but that ’ s not the only event on the Association ’ s schedule hosted at this premier destination . The MAJGT will host an event unlike any other event they have hosted before , the MAJGT Invitational . The course recently added nine new holes which reclaim an old stone quarry which provides numerous shot options per hole and picturesque views .
