MEET OUR NEW DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS :

Jamie comes to us from Fords Colony Country Club where he served as the Director of Restaurants for the past two years . During his career he also served as Owner / Operator of Outback Steakhouse in Hampton Virginia . Prior to that Jamie was the General Manager of Ruby Tuesday ’ s here in Williamsburg .

Jamie started his 40 year career in hospitality with Bay Street , an upscale seafood house in Edison , New Jersey . Following his career , Jamie soon relocated to Columbus Ohio with The Cooker Bar and Grill . Shortly after , Jamie and family moved to Atlanta Georgia where he was promoted to General Manager and was instrumental in opening 4 new Cookers . In 1995 , Jamie joined Logan ’ s Roadhouse as General Manager and was soon utilized in restructuring restaurants with them in varies states around the country .

Prior to coming to Williamsburg , Jamie was assigned to South Bend , Indiana and opened a record setting restaurant close to The University of Notre Dame . In 2005 Jamie moved to Williamsburg to be closer to family .

Jamie is married to his beautiful wife Candice and is the proud father of his son , Michael ( age 25 ) who has graduated from VCU in their Arts program . Jamie has served with the BSA as a Scoutmaster through-out his sons scouting career which culminated in Michael receiving his Eagle Scout Rank .

Jamie ’ s passions include Wine , Golf , Pickleball , and loves softball where he currently plays with the Williamsburg Senior Softball League .
