Engineer Robert Bruce of
Robert Bruce and Associates in
Somers Point presented Berenato’s subdivision plan to the en-
vironmental commission. Bruce
discussed all the details of the plan
and its environmental impacts, including stating it is a 19.72 acre
track, with nine lots being subdivided around a surrounding culde-sac.
The applicant submitted the review letter to the Pinelands commission, and there are some storm
water management issues. Each
