Police: Man gave false name

Atlantic County Superior Court and pro-
vided a false name of John Marshall, Friel
HAMMONTON—A man gave a false
name to police who were serving him with
an arrest warrant on the 300 block of Mid-
dle Road at 9:36 p.m. on October 2, Ham-
said.
Hahn was also charged by the officer
with contempt of court and with criminal
trespass as he was advised by a court order
that he was not permitted at the Middle
Road residence where police encountered
him on October 2, Friel said.
Hahn refused to be fingerprinted and was
charged with refusal to be fingerprinted,
Friel said.

BOO, the Trick-or Treat Train.

through Halloween Town, face-
painting, the Big Kahuna—a 19-
foot air slide—and more.
