First on the agenda was Appli- cation #10-19ZB submitted by Vine Street Properties, LLC, who was seeking a waiver of site plans for 317 Bellevue Avenue. Brian G. Howell, of Howell and Bertman, presented the applica- tion, with testimony by Jeffrey P. Michelini, managing member of Vine Street Properties.
