Sgt. edward Slimm said in a release. • on September 2 at 9:35 a.m., frank Cirillo Jr., 21, of Hammonton, was arrested at american Legion Hall on n. egg Harbor road for possession of controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia and was taken to the atlantic County Jail in lieu of $35,000 bail, Slimm said. the arresting officer was Cpl. James Pinto, Slimm said. • on September 2 at 4:05 p.m., Julio zayas iii, 35, of egg Harbor City, was arrested at Walmart for theft (of a cell phone) and was found to have a warrant from Galloway twp. in the amount of $1,000, Slimm said in the release. He was arrested by officer Mark Santora and placed in the atlantic County Jail in lieu of payment of the warrant, according to the release. • on September 5 at 10 p.m., Yolanda Luciano, 27, of Vineland, was stopped on route 206 by officer Jared baglivo and found in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and motor vehicle summonses, Slimm said in the release. Luciano was released on her own recognizance, the release said. • on September 4 at 6:09 p.m., Miguel Hernandez, 28, of Hammonton, was arrested in the area of Packard Street and bellevue avenue after fleeing the scene of an accident he caused, the release from Slimm said. Hernandez struck a parked brown 2011 buick which was unoccupied, the release said. He was charged with driving while under the influence (DWi), refusal to submit to a breathalyzer, open container and numerous other motor vehicle summonses, the release said. He was later released on his own recognizance, the release said.
