meeting on August 31 inside the
new Adams, Rehmann and Heggan Associates (ARH) offices located at 215 Bellevue Ave. The
meeting was held to discuss bids
that were received for the wastewater treatment plant garage project, which is located on Pleasant
Mills Road.
ARH’s Ronald Curcio explained the status of the bids to
those at the meeting, which included a number of council members. Curcio said that the lowest
