the association be granted a use of
facilities by the school while the
Boyer Avenue site owned by the
town is under construction for irrigation.
The board granted the HYSA
use of a six-acre site on the
grounds of the high school for the
fall season. A long-term use of facilities plan for the HYSA may be
discussed at a later point, according to board sources.
School Board President Sam
Mento III updated the board on
the HVAC project in the middle
school.
“I have a couple updates, first
off the middle school. The new
cafeteria’s ‘served’ sign has been
installed, it is complete. This afternoon I spent some time over at
the middle school and I am very
happy to say the A Wing HVAC
was turned on for the very first
time and is functioning properly.
Tomorrow both the B Wing and
the East C Wing will be turned on
… And then the beginning of next
week will be the opposite C, the
West end; the science labs and the
cafeteria. In a good seven to 10
days, we should have the rest fired
up,” Mento said.
The second reading and adoption for the use of facilities for the
Hammonton Hawks for the use of
