HAMMONTON—Town coun-
cil introduced and passed a first
reading of a bond ordinance (Or-
dinance #018-2017) during its
meeting on July 24 in order to
fund the new road improvement

fice (ACPO) stated.
The guilty plea calls for a five-
year sentence in a New Jersey
state prison and Guerrero will be
subject to Megan’s Law registra-
tion, subject to a sex offender
evaluation and parole supervision
for life, according to the release.
As a condition of the plea agree-
ment, Guerrero will also forfeit a
pharmacy technician registration,
the release said.
Guerrero is scheduled for sen-
tencing on September 29 and is
subject to deportation at the con-

tee and Water & Sewer Commit-
tee (PWTC/WSC) outlined the
details of a new road program
