Wise reminisced and reflected on the many experiences , memories and obstacles the class of 2018 shared throughout the past four years , and said these are what has fortified the “ invincible ” class of 2018 , who will always share a common bond and key traits , no matter where each graduate ’ s future takes them .

“ We will never let our fears or obstacles hold us back from what we need to accomplish . We will always give it our all and we will not settle for anything but the best … Each and every one of us is a superhero in our own regard , and I could not be happier to say that I know you all ,” Wise said .
HHS graduate and salutatorian Joseph Barberio also remarked about the class of 2018 ’ s invincible strength and the ample achievements it made in multiple fields , such as being the inaugural HHS graduating class to participate in AP Calculus BC and the New Jersey Section of the American Association of Physics Teachers ’ ( NJAAPT ) Physics Olympics , as well as it winning several state and group athletic championships and the HHS Marching Band winning its first state championship since 2008 .
Barberio marveled about the level of success the multi-talented class of 2018 achieved in such an ultimately short period of time , which he said shows the amount of potential they collectively possess as they embark on their respective endeavors .
“ We live our teenage years in the present , not realizing how much life we have to live . We can accomplish so much in such a relatively short period of time — imagine the impact we will have on the world around us . We have the power to make society
