Police: Man distributing heroin, crack cocaine Third Street at 5 a.m. on June 12, but Rosado was not home at the time, Hammonton Police Chief Robert Jones said. “We executed a search warrant and Hector Rosado was not present,” Jones said. Jones said Rosado was distributing drugs from the apartment, which had seven people living in it. “He was distributing heroin and crack cocaine.
