After approving the minutes from their meeting on April 20, they welcomed attorney Robert Bucknam and his client, David Arena, to the podium. Arena, managing member of 3rd Street Homes LLC, was seeking an extension of final approval for Block 2201, Lots 11.01, 11.02, 11.03 and 12, Zone R-2 at 3rd Street.
