Sassano represented Grinceri for this application.
“the proposal is an approximately 6.5
acres of the existing lot (12.02) over to lot
(12). the two adjacent properties are
brother and sister. the purpose of the subdivision is the owner of lot (12.02) would
like to reduce the size of their lot, reduce
the maintenance of the ground they have
and also the taxes. this transaction is being
done. there is no compensation. the applicant also owns lots (12.01) and lot (13), and
by doing this minor subdivision, it will
allow all the properties to be continuous of
one another. We are seeking three variances
with this application,” Sassano said.

the rear yard setbacks of the accessory
buildings, the garage and the shed on lot
12.02, according to Sassano.
“there will be no new development as a
result of this lot line revision, and no new
lots are going to be created,” Sassano said.
after some comments from board engineer robert Vettese, board solicitor Michael
