The town welcomed more than 1,400 public and private high school students to its downtown area to celebrate the Atlantic County Teen Arts festival. According to their website, their goal is to raise funds to help cancer patients who are in need of financial assistance. They donate the funds raised directly to the South Jersey Cancer See ARTS, Page 3 Fund (SJCF). The SJCF has been offering financial assistance to cancer patients throughout Atlantic, Cumberland and Cape May counties since 1964. Their fundraising dollars come from two key events: the walk held in June and a dinner that takes place annually in October.
