Tina Marie Casadia
Tina Marie Casadia (nee Frank), 54, of Hammonton, died at her residence on Wednesday, February 17, 2016.
Born in Somers Point, she was a lifelong area resident. Tina attended
the California School of Arts & Crafts and graduated from the Maison
de Paris Beauty College in Haddonfield. Tina was an artist and enjoyed
doing for others. She restored and painted three statues at St. Joseph’s
Church in Hammonton. She made pillowcases for Ryan’s Case for
Smiles, which were donated to cancer patients. She was a former member of St. Vincent de Paul Society in Hammonton. Tina owned and
operated Tina’s Hair Salon in Hammonton for many years.
She was predeceased by her parents, Marie G. (nee Rodio) and Anthony J. Frank. Tina
is survived by her loving husband, Louis Casadia Jr.; her son and daughter-in-law, Louis
A. and Ramnit Casadia all of Hammonton; one brother, Dr. Tony Di Francesco, PhD., of
Occoquan, Va.; her sister, Sharon J. White and her husband, Steve J. of Collegeville, Pa.;
her sisters and brothers-in-law, Louann and William Jones, Maria and Hank Burkett,
Michael Marandino all of Hammonton; her nieces and nephews, Stephanie (Ryan), Sean
(Shannon), Michael, Louis (Kathleen), David, Christina, Jennifer (Mike); Dorothy and
her great-nieces and nephews, Carter, Madison, Mary Rose, Victoria, Vincenzo and
David.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated, Saturday, February 20, 2016, in St. Mary
of Mount Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph’s. Burial followed in Holy Sepulchre
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul
Society, 226 French St., Hammonton, N.J. 08037 or to St. Joseph’s Convent, 219 N.
Third St., Hammonton, N.J. 08037.

Shirley Ann Patton
Shirley Ann Patton (nee Strouse), 88, of Whiting and formerly of Hammonton, died
peacefully, February 16, in Hammonton.
Shirley was born in Philadelphia, grew up in Hammonton and lived much of her life
in Bridgewater and South Jersey. Shirley graduated from Douglass College where she
met the love of her life, Bob. Shirley, also known as “Sundae,” was involved with a
singing group, The Weepies, while at Douglass. While being a full-time mom, Shirley
was very involved in her children’s activities, Brownies and Cub Scouts and the PTA
and even took a turn at politics running for town council. She is a member of the P.E.O,
a philanthropic organization that assists young women in completing their education.
Shirley and her husband, Bob, had been longtime members of the Toms River Yacht
Club where they made many great friends and enjoyed various club events. Shirley
worked for Johnson & Johnson for many years and, after retirement, spent some time in
real-estate.
Shirley was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert Patton. She is survived by
her children, Nancy Quinn and son-in-law, Kevin of Cherry Hill, Robert W. Patton and
daughter-in-law, Betsy of Fort Myers, Fla., and Richard A. Patton and daughter-in-law
Kristine of Calistoga, Calif.; her sister, Betty Rugaart of Huggins, Mo.; six grandchildren,
Elizabeth, Robyn, Danny, Katie, Tarek and Lauren, and one great-grandchild, Evan.
Funeral Services and burial were held February 20, 2016.

Elizabeth Ambrosia - Haines
Elizabeth Ambrosia - Haines (nee Guarro), 91, of Hammonton, died
peacefully, Wednesday, February 17, 2016.
Born in Philadelphia, Pa., she moved to New Jersey, where she was
a former waitress at Clayton Diner. Then, she owned and operated
Betty Jo’s Bridal in Clayton. Years later, she moved to Newfield, where
she owned and operated Newfield Luncheonette. She then moved to
Orlando, Fla., where she worked for Disney World. After 30 years, she
moved back to New Jersey in 2010.
She is predeceased by husbands, Frank Ambrosia and George
Haines. She is survived by her three daughters, Julianne Bompensa
(Orlando) of Franklinville, N.J., Donna Lacy (Burnett) of Hammonton and Vicky DiVigenze (Michael) of Clayton, N.J. Loving grand
