Woman arraigned for harassment

Warrant leads to
two local arrests
HAMMONTON — Two people were arrested on January 5 at 8:41 p . m . in the course of police arresting Vance Jenkins , 26 , of Third Street in Hammonton , on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $ 1,100 from Monroe Twp ., Hammonton Police Chief Robert Jones said .
Jenkins was transported to the Atlantic County Jail in lieu of payment of the warrant , Jones said . Officer David Reustle was the arresting officer , Jones said . In addition to the arrest of Jenkins , Jones said Reustle also arrested Lisa Summers , 41 , also of
