6, town council held its yearly or-
ganization meeting at 6 p.m. in
town hall.

council adopted Ordinance #31-
2019, which amends Chapter 216,
articles I and II regarding land-
lord responsibility for tenant be-
havior.

fixing up the properties and being
good landlords, and we have some
landlords who are not. they could
