available but limited supplies.
An award winning whisky with
a rating of 95.5 points in Jim
Murray’s Whisky Bible,
making it one of the top 50
whiskies in the world.

Overeem
Cask Strength Sherry Cask
Matured Single Malt Whisky
60% 700 ml. No longer
available except on the
secondary market. A
beautifully burnished brass
colour in the unique Overeem
glass decanter-like bottle,
Rich fruit cake on the nose,
intensely dark chocolate on
the palate. Heaven in a bottle!

Redlands Estate
20 litre cask
Redlands has yet to bottle its
product but that is not far
away. Meanwhile, there is an
opportunity to buy – for
investment or consumption –
a 20 lit re cask of maturing
Redlands malt whisky. The
first bottling of Redlands is
awaited with much
anticipation.

available. Voted the World’s
Best Single Malt Whisky at the
2014 World Whisky Awards the first time a whisky from
somewhere other than
Scotland or Japan has been
awarded this honour. Whether
it is the carefully-selected port
cask, the Tasmanian barley or
the skill of the distiller, this has
become a world-class malt.

Trapper’s Hut
Tasmanian Single Cask Malt
Whisky Barrel No HH070.
45% 700 ml. Currently
available. Trapper's Hut was
distilled, using a traditional
copper pot still, by Tasmania
Distillery in 1999-2000.
The latest release is Barrel
HH070. The spirit in this barrel
was distilled in November
1999 and was bottled in
December 2013, and so at 14
years it is their oldest yet.
