Hey, I’m Charlotte and I run fizzybunting – a wedding website with loads of extras thrown in!

I created the fizzybunting blog in September 2013, it aims to help couples with all kinds of wedding planning and styling, with the biggest importance placed on having a wedding day full of personality, love and happiness.

We also offer advice on growing a business, all from my very own experiences, DIY tutorials and inspiration through pictures and expert

opinions.

I got into the wedding business after I got married myself in August 2012, I had friends ask me for help planning and styling their own weddings; I ended up planning eight in the next year alone! If you’re wondering, my

wedding was very homely; we had a bouncy castle, a BBQ and loads of drinks for everyone. We wanted people to feel relaxed and to join in our celebration, without waiting around for the more traditional formalities.

As well as running fizzybunting online, we

also like to get to know our brides in person, so we opened up bridal workshops called the

#bridephase. Here we bring together a group full of newly engaged ladies and we chat through the whole wedding planning process, from expectations to timescales and everything in between. We make it hands-

on too with a DIY tutorial; our next one will be a flower crown from a fabulous florist we know.

The fizzybunting blog wants to encourage couples to have a more personalised wedding, based on them, their likes and their hopes for the future. We want couples to throw away the cookie cutter mould and have the wedding they dream of, if we can help in any way with that vision, then we’re doing our job!
