One’s pallet encompasses his or her personal preference when pertaining to the food and beverages that enter his or her body. Lastly, wine’s nemesis is vinegar. The flavors clash entirely. If you are thinking of hosting an event and want to create a dressing that includes vinegar as an ingredient, seek impovision. Wine comes in many forms and can create a great salad dressing that will grant balance to a meal complimented by a glass of wine.
