6) What is your typical day like for you?
A typical day for me begins with a trip to my health club right around 5am or thereabouts, after my workout I usually do a bit of personal development. For me, audio books, motivational videos from YouTube, or simply reading a bit from one of the many books that my husband Brian is constantly ordering for me (LOL), is what I like to do prior to checking my Social Media or any of that sort of thing. I do my 8am morning Face Book live show “Bathrobe Moments” every Monday-Friday and the evening spinoff, “Bathrobe Moments After Dark” on Mon-Wed-Fridays. After my morning show is complete I ordinarily do a bit of tidying up around the kitchen and such prior to getting what is usually 3-7 coaching calls in throughout the day and early evening hours. My day in most cases winds down from working right around 9:15 pm, as that is usually when my husband gets home from his private psychotherapy practice. Once Brian gets home, it’s a light dinner, a glass or two of red wine while we watch one of our “together” shows…and then off to bed.
