It’s the beginning of the end of being able to effectively profit from the ‘mass shallow connection’ era we are currently swamped in.

Currently weather you like it or not social media is the tapestry that weaves our lives together right across the globe and with it an era of superficial connection has begun to drown us. More than ever we are all lost in a sea of meaningless, shallow and unfulfilling connection that now results in us being bombarded with nothing less than visual and audio noise.

We’re spammed with emails that have our first names mentioned at the start yet we know it’s sent from a robot.

When we browse for something we might like to buy online, we’re then hunted down by advertising that’s skilfully placed in front of us to entice us to buy what we were researching for months ahead, even after we’ve bought that item.

We look down our social media news feeds and we find ourselves being made to glimpse all sorts of clever adverts that trigger us into wasting our time to decide whether we want what is being offered or not.

Most of us are now numb to such tactics and many of us have become sick of rolling around in this sea of shallow communication.
