love it. Food is very sacred to me, so the process of being present is very important. I eat one meal a day and when I do it is usually before 7.00pm I may snack on a light smoothie, fruits or nuts prior. I just don’t get hungry until later on in the day. I always look forward to my meal and love enjoying every bite. You may have already guessed that I am also a very slow eater.
My morning routine involves a little extra time as I love my brushing my teeth ceremony which in most cases I am usually listening to a lecture, audio book, YouTube or a TedTalk.
I use a non-fluoride toothpaste and I add a drop on my non flavored floss strip and 2 drops of my therapeutic essential oils on top my organic backing soda as was suggested by my health coach few years ago.
I connect with my vision/action/ dream board usually twice a day; in the morning and at night before I go to bed.
I apply time blocks during my day for tasks I need to attend to and projects that I am working on. That helps to keep me focused, grounded and less distracted.
I practice energy clearing, meditation, positive affirmations/ incantations, intentions and prayers daily.
I believe in the power of sound and sent so that is always intentionally practiced while I am working and or taking breaks.
